Product Review: Good vacuum for quick clean ups / daily cleaning

My friend had one of these for years, so I already knew what to expect from it. I use this vacuum for everyday LIGHT cleaning on tile and laminate flooring. I'll also use it for quick clean ups on carpet or rugs, but I usually just use the hand vac for that. Some people complain about it lasting only 15mins, but that's all I need. For more thorough cleaning, I'll bring out the big guns :-)
PROS: Two in one vac, love how you can go from cleaning floors to using the hand vac in seconds. Has enough suction to pick up crumbs in the kitchen or dirt tracked in from outside by the exterior doors. It's light and easy to maneuver to get underneath tables and chairs. The charging station has a blue backlight when it's docked which makes for a convenient night light. I also like the option of emptying it by using a conventional vacuum to suck the dirt out a front access hole.
CONS: Like any bagless vacuum, when you try to dump clean the container, you get a dust cloud. That's why I like the option of vacuuming out the dirt. Also, the rotating brush seems to kick dirt around half the time. Fortunately, the brush is removalable for cleaning. I just leave it out all the time. More suction would be nice as always for a vacuum, but it's adequate for a stick/handheld vac.
Overall, I would recommend this vacuum for light, everyday cleaning.

This is both fun and easy to use. Even my 7 yo son will vacuum with this without complaint - he considers it a privilege! The capacity is small, but emptying it is easy and I am amazed at how much stuff it sucks up in a few minutes. I am impressed with the engineering, too - sleek, balanced and all of the extra parts nest in the charging base.Product Review: Great Stick Vac

We have hardwood floors or tile throughout 90% of our house so bought this stick vac for everyday use. The Ergorapido is extremely powerful and handy, and is much more convenient than breaking out the broom and dustpan.
We do use this on our area rugs, and it does an OK job, but I would not suggest this stick vac for anyone to use if that is its main purpose. The Ergorapido does hard surfaces best, and rugs only so-so. Definitely would not recommend for carpets either, and will never replace your regular vacuum because it doesn't do too well on those surfaces.
The detachable dust-buster is a great tool also, used to clean up dirt caught in corners and on the couches and chairs. Battery life has not been an issue for us, and overall has been a great vac.

I have/had a swiffer which is falling apart, that I really like. I also have, for about 20 years, Electolux Vacs, uprights, which I prefer. But, this Stick Vac is a true delight, it's true, that it doesn't have the draw of a regular upright, but as a back up cordless, it's terrific. It's great for kitchen/bathroom and quick vac ups. The charging station is terrific; you don't have to hang it from anything. I couldn't use my swiffer on a carpet and you can use this one on carpets. I can't wait to use it in my car. Also, it's great for doing stairs, nice and light and no cord that pulls out in the middle of the staircase forcing you to choose between falling down the stairs or holding on to the vac.Product Review: Great for quick pickups

My dog sheds a ton every day and the hair collects in certain corners. I use the 2-in-1 to pick it up without having to haul out the larger vacuum cleaner daily. This product does not pick up solid items, but it is great for dust and pet hair. It has surprisingly powerful suction. The dust cup is a little too small. You have to empty it after one or two uses, but it isn't hard to empty and if you want to, you can use another vacuum to clean it out. Great product overall.
