So the only thing I can really review is the taste - the protein content, quality, and results are all subjective. The taste itself was good, but for those reviewers who say "Tastes like a milkshake", it doesn't. No protein drink tastes like a milkshake. It tastes like a protein drink. In this case, it was drinkable.
Also, I was informed that these products contain an unsuitable level of Cadmium (a toxic metal).
