My favorit is the choclate. My husband said it smelled like a tootsie roll. It was kinda sweat but thats what made cravings for choclate go away. The vanilla taste like cake batter. The strawberry was okay but my least favorit. I did stay the same weight when eating it. I think I was develping muscle rather than losing muscle.
