But be careful. If you are sensitive to sugar alcohols or large amounts of fiber, it may loosen up your system, if you know what I mean!
The flavor is very good, and they are filling enough to carry this fast-oxidizer for several hours before I need to eat again. I bought several cases, but came to realize they were causing problems for me by way of a lot of intestinal gas and loose stool. But if you're not as sensitive to the stuff as I am, it may suit you just fine.
