This protein powder is good for a few reasons. It tastes pretty good and breaks down into a liquid fairly easily. It's also easy to double the amount of powder into less liquid if you need to get a quick boost of protein in your system without going to all the trouble of using a blender. It mixes with milk or water in a glass, with just a spoon. My only wish is that there was more of a chocolate flavor. It's not bad as it is, but it reminds me of Oval-tine which is something I use to drink as a kid.
The price is pretty good too. I think the next time I probably try the vanilla flavor and mix it with OJ or flavored nectars.
All in all I'd buy it again.
