This is the only protein powder I've found that doesn't taste nasty. The differences in the non-chocolate flavors is very subtle to me but all the one's I've tried are very good. I personally can not tell this is sugar free. Check the ingredients,Aspartame is not used in this powder. Although this product is probably meant for bodybuilding, I use it to promote healing after surgery and for breakfast as I am on a lower carb diet. It doesn't have fiber but I like being able to control how much fiber I mix in. Yummy stuff!
