Summary: 3 Stars
It works well enough, though it does not give the appearance of durability that the cloth backpacks do. Time will tell in that respect.
However, the Duro-Med backpack does have a velcro-flap to close the backpack, is relatively waterproof against light rain, can hold enough emergency gear like a change of clothes, meds, etc. I would've like some small outside pockets for easier retrieval of minor items.
I feel the price is a little high by a few dollars but I suppose it's a specialized product and these backpacks do come in handy.
