I got this for my dad, since he needs help standing up from some chairs. With the lift, he popped up like a cork, great product. The lift is very comfortable, I tested it for a week before giving it to my dad, now I miss it.Product Review: Great!

This product was great for my mom who was recovering from hip surgery. She felt it definitely helped give her the "lift" she needed, as well as elevating her in her chair which she also needed due to the nature of the surgery. I bought this for my father who has a difficult time getting out of his recliner. He liked it at first but the bar that you use to adjust the weignt, and thus the reponse of the seat, kept coming out of the slot making it even more difficult to get up because it wouldn't lift art all. Apparently this product can not be returned for a refund if it has been opened so beware of making the purchase.
