Purchased this for my wife who has ALS, and it is great as a portable device for travel. We will also likely use this at home as disease becomes more progressive and the need for a higher seat is necessary to stand more easily. Found that it is easy to attach although care must be taken to secure tightly and not to put too much pressure on one side or the other or it will pull off seat. Front clip is a little flimsy. For the price - a pretty good product.
