I suffer from chronic back pain and could never travel to see my grand-daughters without my back-going out from the soft bedding at our hotel; even the most firm mattress in the entire hotel was not firm enough for my back. Now with this wonderful bed board, I can travel and not suffer low back pain. I sleep through the night on any bed and awaken pain-free. I woulnd't give this bed board 1 star, but it didn't give me "0" as an option. This bed board is terrible. slips all over the place. comes out if you move in bed to much. Don't waste your money.
