I got this to help support my surgical hernia. This product says it fits up to 45 inchs. I wear a 42 loosely, this thing didn't come anywhere close to even 40, I'm sure it didn't even make it to 35. Don't buy it unless you are have a 30-32 inch waist or you will be wasting your money.
