This item was properly packaged and arrive here in very good condition. It is and functions as expected and I now use it daily.
One problem: I was looking for spare rubber caps and slide parts and all I got was a recording from the manufacturer saying they call me back immidiately, They did "2weeks" later when I was not home. Their Customer Service, not very good...
