Product Reviews of Duracell Rechargeables StayCharged AAA Batteries, 4-CountProduct Review: This is how batteries should be made! Summary: 5 Stars
Pros:
-For a rechargeable battery, these batteries does not need to be charged before you use it for the first time; right from the packaging into your gadgets.
-They last a long time. I use it on my portable speakers which has been playing in loud volume for many weeks.
-Does not need special charger. You can use your existing NiMh charger.
Cons:
-You can confuse them with regular Duracells and mistakenly thrown away after losing charge.
-This later technology is still expensive. I got them on sale from Safeway for 11$ Normally sold at 14.99$
I also like Eneloops by Sanyo. But they are not easily available at your local stores.
Product Review: Use low self-discharge rechargeables Summary: 5 Stars
I use these four AAA Pre-Charged Duracells in my Dish TV remote control. They last for many months and when they die, I just recharge them overnight using Sanyo charger that came with Eneloops I bought at Costco.
I use Duracell, Eneloop, and Rayovac 4.0 AAA and AA batteries in almost everything in my house: remote controls, camera, central A/C thermostat, children toys, spot lights. It really works for my family. I do not run out of batteries, and I don't feel guilt throwing used alkaline batteries into garbage.
Definitely recommend.
