I ordered from an Amazon Merchant and instead of the "Duracell Powerhouse USB Charger", they sent the inferior "Duracell Pocket USB Charger". They apologized and said there was a problem with UPCs.
I reordered from Amazon.com directly and after a couple of days they sent me an email saying they would not fulfill my order due to a supply problem.
Now, I look back at older reviews and see Amazon has been sending people the wrong item for months.
I think I will try buying it somewhere else.
