Product Review: Not dual voltage (220-240), only supports 110-120v AC

I bought this product because it had good reviews on Amazon, Circuitcity etc. and the 15 minute seemed pretty good. I did some research before buying whether this supports dual voltage (i.e. if this is 110-240v). Couldn't find a review mentioning it anywhere and the customer support didn't have a clue, neither did the Duracell website help! This only works for 110-120 v and is not dual voltage which will work in Europe or Asia. So stay away from this one if you travel a lot. Otherwise a decent charger, but then there are way better ones for the same or less money.
Duracell should've been more responsible to put that information on the box or on the website, it doesn't say anywhere except on the inside of the adapter which you can only see once you cut open the packing.

After using this for a year or a bit more with great success, the unit would no longer charge the batteries and kept running indefinitely. I called Duracell and received a coupon for a new charger, which also did not work correctly. They do get points for having good customer service.Product Review: This technology DOES NOT WORK.

I purchased this product in spite of the mixed reviews it received on Amazon.com. To put it simply, this technology simply DOES NOT WORK. It was only able to charge the batteries it came with, and rejected every other battery that I tried to charge. All of my other batteries charge fine with other chargers. In addition, the batteries that it came with are only 2000mAh not the 2500mAh that are advertized on this website. To make matters worse, I ordered it from Adorama Camera which does not accept returns for any item that is removed from the original "blister-pack". I was directed by their customer service to call Duracell directly and claim it as a "defective" item. Duracell had excellent customer service. They recorded all the information I gave them, and then sent me a return mailer to return the supposedly defective charger and a coupon to purchase a new charger at a local retailer of my choosing. I had to pay the sales tax on the charger to the local retailer. When I tested the new charger I experienced the same results. It would only charge the batteries it came with. My advice is to steer clear of this product entirely.Product Review: Watch the light blink

This is sad because Duracell is a great company but I won't even put it up on ebay because I don't want someone to be as mad as I am that it blinks all the time and the batteries are fine in other chargers. The duracell batteries are great but this gimmick after 3 years has been like the demise of Baby Rose in Gypsy..not a good gimmick.Duracell- Rechargeable 15 Minute charger
