I purchased the wedge pillow as it was recommended to me by my doctor to help with recovery from eyelid surgery. I am not used to sleeping on my back and initially I really liked the comfort. However, after a few days, I started to slide down the pillow and found myself on my side. I no longer need the pillow for elevation of my head, so my husband now uses it to watch TV in bed. I also wanted to point out that the product image is not clear. It makes it look as if there is an angle to lean against. Actually, the foam is carved out in a way that your back fits in perfectly. I use this for reading in bed and it's more comfortable and supportive than just using pillows.Product Review: Works pretty well

This wedge pillow has really helped reduce acid reflux for me. I rarely experience it while using this product.
The material seems to be holding up very well and it's pretty comfortable to lay on. I still use 2 pillows on top of it, one near the top for my head to give it extra lift and to make it more comfortable. I also use one near the bottom to help support my lower back. I don't know if it's just me, but feel the smaller pillow helps.
I do tend to find myself sliding a little bit, but that may be because of the pillows I am using on top of it.
It's also really nice that you can flip it around and use it to support your back in a sitting position as well.

Have always slept on side, and wasn't sure about whether this wedge would work. It helps me sleep so much better than I did before, without GERD issues. With this wedge I actually can sleep on my back too, for the first time in years. I love this wedge and am now buying another one for my dh.Product Review: nice but could be wider

Have been using this for a week so far, it's mindly better than stacking your pillows up. The pillow is just a bit too narrow (I'm 6'6") to allow much movement, I tend to turn at night and found it bothersome at times. I also had to air out the pillow with a fan on it as the smell of glue was a bit overpowering.
