i use this in my travel humidor and i love it. all you do is add tap water to the fill line pop it in the humidor and it holds at 70% with no issues. my travel humidor is a plastic one so it takes very little to season it (leave the drymistat in there for an hour or 2) but in my nice large humidor at the house once it was properly seasoned i put 3 drymistat's in there (75 cigars) and it also holds right at 70%. i would not use any other humidity device.
Description of Drymistat Humidifier Tube
Automatically maintains the 70% humidity levels required to keep cigars at their freshest. The humidification process is actually controlled by the nontoxic chemicals we charge into the Crystals in the factory. You never have to add anything but plain distilled water again. The crystals swell up when they have water in them and shrink when they need more, takes all the guess work out of it. The size is perfect to stash a few in different parts of your humidor.
