I don't remember how long I've been using these, but I will never consider anything else (unless they are discontinued, of course)! The little packs of detergent are so convenient and small and easily tote-able, if necessary. I love how there's no mess from any sticky liquid laundry detergent spills and no undissolved detergent powder residue on my clothes. I'm also glad they changed their outer packaging to the bags as opposed to those brick-sized pieces of plastic.
Just for kicks, my recipe for clean clothes is as follows: I toss in a dropps and pour a bit of vinegar in the wash cycle; then for the rinse cycle I add baking soda (no fabric softener!!). My clothes always smell fresh and clean - but not like the chemical spring mountain air sun fresh breeze flowers from those horrible (my opinion, don't mean to offend) liquid fabric softeners/dryer sheets.
I hope you decide to give these dropps a whirl! I can't imagine someone wouldn't like dropps after trying them out.

I bought these for my husband to use when he's traveling for business. The packets are very small and you toss the entire thing in the washer - the cover disintegrates in the wash. I like that these packets are filled with liquid detergent - no powdery residue on your clothes and these can be used in the new HE machines. I really do love these. I know they're much more expensive than normal detergent, but it really makes it worth it for the environment.
My only complaint is that it's overpriced on this site. I thought I was getting a decent deal, until I hit walmart and found them for less than $5 a package.

I like everything about Dropps! They clean great, I was surprised these tiny pacs can do such a good job. They are perfect for those who are sensitive to scents or other additives. They have no phosphates or enzymes, a plus for the environment, as is the packaging. It takes up less space in the laundry room and make less trash. You just toss it in and it dissolves completely. You can take them when you travel (I use them when we go camping). And it works well in all temperatures, an energy saving bonus.
