Well .... this little devise can be used anywhere in the house .. even while sitting on the "throne" ... reading the morning newspaper or what ever one reads during those times. lol lol Not only does one exercise their legs BUT your palms (of the hands) on each knee and exercise the arms as well. Yes, I would give it a FIVE STAR VOTE as I did upon advising my 84 year old cousin in Aurora, CO. She has ordered and received her product as of yesterday and is using it daily ... maybe not as generously as I do but she's happy that I told her about it. Thanks to the folks at AMAZON ... I will be ordering other items in the future as well.
