Customer Review: Assembly problem

After assembling the shower seat it was necessary to make an adjustment. However, the center screw underneath couldn't be made tighter or loosened to remove and reinstall the legs. It would have costly to return it as unusable so we are using it cautiously hoping it does not collapse.
