This is a convenient accessory. The basket just hooks on the front of the walker. It also has a metal handle that folds down along the rim of the basket. It stays on pretty well even when it has stuff in it and you're picking up the front of the walker to change direction. It would be nice if it had a cup holder. It is a little expensive for just a simple wire basket, but helps make for shorter trips around the house or office. I recommend it.
