Customer Review: GREAT cane BUT not as described

I started off buying 2 for myself. When they arrived I loved them! I gave one to my brother and came back to buy 3 more. The cane is sturdy and the height is adjustable, which is really nice. The fact that it folds allows me to put it in the backpack on my mobility scooter or carry it in my luggage or a large purse. When folded you can place it right next to you at a table if you're dining out. I'm giving one of them, again, as a gift to another handicapped friend. LOVE IT! GREAT price!
HOWEVER the description isn't correct. The cane does NOT have a gel grip or a wrist strap. It also ISN'T an inch in diameter. I measured because I wanted to order extra tips. It is a little over 3/4 of an inch in diamter, so I don't know exactly what size tips to buy, but 1 inch would be too big.
I notified Amazon of the description errors, so, hopefully, the seller will fix it soon.
Storage solution: I got some velcro and designed it so the Velcro wraps around the cane and allows the user to fold and hold in place for storage or to sit next to you at a table. The velcro attaches to the cane and wraps around the post when not in use. Why do I put this in? Because carrying a plastic case to keep it in is inconvenient, and I thought that it might be a good solution for others who have folding cane. It's also easy to design a wrist strap if you feel you need one.
