This cushion is very comfortable and makes sitting in a cross-legged position easy during my meditation. I find I have to shift around a bit but then I am easily able to find a position that causes no strain on any joints so I am able to tune out easily. Highly recommend!

Sitting for long periods of time not only becomes possible, but becomes comfortable. Makes an excellent footrest as well. Its clever side handle makes it easy to tote along on outings or move from room to room. The firmness of the zafu can be adjusted by removing some of the fill.
