I bought this really, for nap time. I have trouble getting all the light out of my room during the day... The thing worked so well for me (I'm not sure how or why this started), however, that I also began wearing it at night! You really have to try it to believe what I'm saying, but this thing makes absolute darkness (or what you thought was absolute, totally and completely black), even darker! I really think I fall asleep faster at night because of this silly little mask here. Bingo, bango, I'm asleep like someone whacked me up (or down in this case) with a drug! This is a product that everyone should consider making part of his or her medicine cabinet, or wherever one stores these sorts of things!
