I have used several eye masks over the years due to the fact that I work nights and need to have it dark when I sleep during the day. Many times eye masks in the past have bothered my eyelashes and would feel strange if I opened my eyes. This mask has an "eyelash" space and is contoured to the nose. It works great to block out 98% of the light. The mask has a sturdy head strap and does not tend to move off the face like others have in the past. I recommend this eye mask for anyone who is looking for a comfortable way to block out the light while sleeping.Product Review: Best mask

With the longer days it's just too dang bright in the mornings sometimes. I like to sleep in on the weekends and using this mask really helps. I've had eye masks before but they sat directly on my eyes and dried them out overnight. I'm loving the contoured feature of this mask.
The earplugs are too big for my ears but they really aren't needed so no worries there.

I'm a light sleeper, so blocking out ALL lights helps me a lot. Regular masks don't block all of the light, and the elastic is always too tight or too loose. Solution: this form-fitting soft foam mask with a velcro closure so you can adjust the fit! Brilliant! I also like that the eye mask makes "bubbles" over your eyes - it's more comfortable, and when I wake up, there's no wrinkle marks on my face, or line indentations that you can get from elastic straps.
The travel pouch and ear plugs are a nice touch - I'm saving them for when I go on vacation. This would make a nice gift for someone visiting you and they don't sleep well in a strange bed.

This is one excellent and most effective item. The contouring permits eye movement which I believe contributes to uninterrupted sleep as opposed to other flat sleep masks. Fits well, nice material -- would highly recommend.Product Review: Best sleep mask I've found

This is my second Sweet Dreams Contoured Sleep Mask. I lost my first one -- didn't remember where I bought it and didn't know what it was called... did some image Googling and was relieved to find it. By far the best and most comfortable sleep mask I've tried. What I like about it is that you hardly know it's there. No eyelash irritation, and the nose cutout makes it a perfect fit. Complete light blackout, unlike the generic flat, flimsy nylon masks. Perfect.
