This is an easy product to work with and comfortable to hold. If you haven't used a tongue scraper before - go for it! I take about seven light strokes, to work from the back of the tongue to the front and then repeat 3 or 4 times more. It's very quick and easy to do. I can really feel the difference. I also recently started using a neti pot too, as I'd been fighting a minor sore throat/sinus infection for a while. My morning routine: is to splash cold water on my face seven times, then brush my teeth, scrape my tongue and rinse the dust from my nose - and Boy... Do I feel clean, watered, healthy and wide awake in no time at all! Wish I'd started this routine years ago, it's fun - I actually look forward to getting out of bed these days.

Keeps bad breathe down, and leaves you with a fresh taste when combined with mouthwash and daily teeth brushing. Great for getting that taste out after meals and mornings. You will be surprised at all the gunk that comes off this bad boy. Worth the price, however you could probably find one at a CVS or similar store for much cheaper. But I'm lazy, so this works great.

I have used other tongue cleaners and find this one superior to others I have used. It is very durable and does a great job. The price is very reasonable. A great product. I highly recommend it.
