These insoles are a waste of money. The gel is soft, but they have HUGE arches that make your feet stand at an angle instead of flat inside your shoe! I walked 2 miles in them, and had to sit down for the night, and change to sneakers the next day! Do NOT buy these soles if you are flat-footed!
