Not only do they help for shoes that hurt the back of your ankles, but they helped make one of my shoes fit better when they were too big. Definitely get them, plus 6 is a great number to have.Product Review: Squeaky!

These were fine when i first used them but after a day or so of wearing they started squeaking with every step - loudly! Won't be buying these again. Too bad - they sure did help with not getting blisters with new shoes.Product Review: Terrific and usable

I am an "in between size and often have trouble finding the right size in different types of shoes (Flats, heels, boots). I tend to buy heels a half size larger because I have found that they usually run smaller. Sometimes they are just a bit too big and slip, but the next size down would be too small. I have purchased other heel liners and have been disappointed that they don't help fix the slippage or they smash down over time. Dr. Scholls are my favorite and now I do not have to look any further.Product Review: The BEST!

These heel liners are a God send...I tried the "Dr.Scholl's For Her" heel liners and unfortunately the adhesive gave out after a couple of weeks. However these stay put and are really comfy. I must have more!
