This product didn't stick to my brand new leather lined flats well, and came out within an hour's wear. Yeah, you read that right--they lasted less than an hour! I applied them carefully, according to package instructions. Total waste of money and effort. I plan to write and ask for a refund.Product Review: causes blisters rather than prevent

I didn't buy these from Amazon but felt the need to warn people about them. The liners does make the shoe fit better, but the gels are not soft and made of a hard plastic material, which causes blisters. I wore my flat for about 20 minutes without the liners... they were a little loose but no blisters. After putting the liners on and walking around for 20 minutes, I now have four large blisters around my heels. Do NOT buy these. I'm going to send my receipt in to get my money back. I think investing in a softer liner might be better.Product Review: great deal!

Very good price for these items! I used every one ... recently lost weight and all of my shoes are too big now, but thanks to these heel liners I'm back in business!
