I am a man with a super high arch and the only product I can find for arch supports are at my doctors for $35 for one pair when I pay a co-pay. I decided to try these and if you get them in the right place they work ok but in a mans shoes they seem to move around even though they have a bit of sticky on them.
Better than nothing since no one makes an arch pad retail for men. I am 50/50 on them.
