I was hoping to be able to wear my heels at work after using these inserts, but they only do the job for about two hours and the pain returns. It's not as effective as just buying a pair of Cole Haans or Aerosoles. They definitely help make walking around a more comfortable activity, but not nearly as much as just purchasing a good pair of shoes.
