Where do I begin... Lets start with the 1st purchase. I purchased this model online for my girlfriends birthday. When she gave it a 1st try, the bubbles on the right side did not work. So I returned it to the store. They gave me a new one, no problem.
My girlfriend opened the box to the 2nd Dr. Scholl's Foot Spa, and we noticed all the bags for the accessories were opened. Interesting... We continued to look at the rest of the machine and found, for the lack of better words, "TOE JAM" stuck in the bottom of the foot basin. Also the pumice stone was used...
So we trekked back downtown to main store in NYC and returned the 2nd Dr. Scholl's Spa trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked for yet a 3rd foot spa. (my girlfriend really wanted it). We now have gotten it home, and to no surprise the bubbles on the right foot do not work. I have given up...Dr. Scholl's, you win. My feet hurt so much from going back and forth to J&R returning this product that I now have sore feet.
Also, non of the accessories spin like one would think.
