i wouldnt even give this thing one star if i could have not done so!! I am not one to complain about things. I am pretty happy to get what comes my way. i dont mind when things go wrong BUT i needed this thing to work and it did not meet its promises. Bought it since my husband has foot neuropathy and ALWAYS freezing, tingly, aching feet. We bought it NEW, unopened, at a retail store. WARNING
THIS UNIT NEVER HEATED THE WATER NOR KEPT THE WARM WATER HOT THAT WE
buyer beware, it does massage a little, whoooop de doo - hardly enough to call it a massage. Noise, to me it was not noisy so they score a point on that.
Attachments were rigid and not comfortable.
i would never use a Dr Scholls foot spa again, even if it were given to me.

Description of Dr. Scholl's DR6626 Premium Foot Spa
Standing long hours on the job or hiking a rough trail can leave feet sorely in need of this soothing foot spa. Fill the spa basin with warm water, plug into the wall, and sit on a comfortable seat while you soak your feet. Three settings adjust the amount of heat, bubbles, and massage: 1) lightly vibrates with heat; 2) bubbles vigorously; and 3) vibrates, bubbles, heats, and massages. Keep a towel under the spa bath for those errant drops of water that spring out. Four interchangeable attachments let you adapt the shape and size of pressure points under each foot, and smaller acupressure rollers massage hard-to-reach areas. A built-in storage compartment keeps the attachments handy. While the spa produces some comfortable infrared heat, it can be filled with water of a hotter temperature if preferred. --Ann BieriMassagers
