The vibration is nice; it goes through different cycles and is really soothing after a long day on your feet. The heat, however, leaves a bit to be desired. It's a very "gentle" heat. Which is to say that it gets just a little bit better than warm. Also, the fleece on the top could be thicker, then at least it would get warm with body heat. All in all, I wish I hadn't purchased it.Product Review: doesn't get warm
