After reading Dr. Melina's book I decided to give her bars a try. I'm hooked - they're really good. The nutrition, consistency and taste are all great and they fill you up for a while. I love the Dr. Melina bars. The Cinnamon Almond bar is my favorite flavor. I hike and climb a lot, and so have been using protein bars for years. I've never seen this flavor, but love it! If you have a busy schedule I highly recommend Dr. Melina Protein Bars. I work as a film/video producer and I'm always on the run. I now keep one of these in my bag at all times for the times I can't grab breakfast or lunch or dinner- they help keep me going and away from the snack table. They're also great to take along on the plane now that they no longer feed us. All three flavors offered are tasty, but the Cinnamon/Almond is my favorite. It's really hard to believe these are good for you.
