This soap irritated my skin like you wouldn't believe. I know it's pure castile, and I know that's supposed to be as non-irritating as you can get. And normally I do not have easily-irritated skin. In fact, I can used all sorts of stuff that causes other people grief and not end up itchy or uncomfortable. But this soap made me itch in awkward places (chest, armpits, etc.), and I stopped using it after only three or four washes. Perhaps it's the essential oils in this soap, or maybe it's the lavender--I dunno. Lavender doesn't cause me grief usually.
Anyway--high marks for the scent, but the soap itself, no way, Jose. I won't be buying it again.
