I've been using cervical pillows for years. Mine have broken down over the years and needed a new one. This one appeared to have what I needed. Ordered it and it came quickly. I am very please with it. Didn't need to follow the instruction enclosed as to the "getting used to a new pillow" because of using cervical pillows for years. Imediately I had comfort on sleeping on this pillow. I'm a back sleeper because of herniated disks in my neck and this pillow has the neck suppoert that I need. I would highly reccomend this pillow to anyone with neck problems and needing that extra support in the neck area.
