I have gone through so many different kinds of supplementary bars and the Carb Rite bar has what I'm looking for! It has 2 grams net carbs, lots of protien, low sugar, and a great taste. I love coconut and dark chocolate and this is a great combo. Decent price for a 12 pack and Amazon has done a good job of getting them to me without hardly any melting in 100+ degree heat. The consistency is good and chewy, and it makes me quite thirsty so I'd recommend having a glass of water handy to wash it down. Great item to keep at work for those mid-afternoon hunger pangs.
