It took a few trys and lots of lube,but once it got past the knuckels and to the wrist it was heaven,twist it,push and turn,half way down the arm,then pull all the way out real slow then back in real slow for a inch more.Thats when it milks me without touching my manhood,waiting to get the wife to use this on me .Great buy
