Customer Review: Not what I expected

It's definitely not what I expected. The first Item received didn't work, then the vendor sent me a replacement, and the second worked after struggling with it to for a while. After installing the batteries and closed the top, you have to twist it back and forth and play with it for a long time to make it work. It's frustrating!
