This was my first toy, and I have to say it was a good buy. The size is not intimidating, and having different intensity options helps you find what is right for you (esp for beginners). It is also nice and quiet, for privacy.
The clitoral stimulator can be *very* effective... if you are careful. It is positioned a little awkwardly, and can be too intense if one pushes too hard. The ridges feel great, and add a very different kind of sensation to the experience. It's really like nothing I've felt before.
It doesn't go through batteries all that quickly with fairly regular use, but you might want to keep some AAAs on hand for when they die (sometimes it starts out strong and fades rapidly when the batteries fail right in the middle of use). It has lasted a good 5 months so far. The only major problem (reason for 4 stars) is that the rotation function was not very effective and now works only sporadically.
Overall a very good buy, particularly for beginners who wish to experiment with different options and especially considering the price. For those of us who have trouble 'getting there', this is a great toy to get to know how you need to be stimulated and can really help your sex life.
