First of all, this "review" is not genuine - because... well... I am a man and there is absolutely no way I can review this from a girl's perspective. I do not even have this item!
I would, however, like to applaud Doc Johnson for creating a small, lifelike toy obviously designed for young girls. A young girl should not be using some huge, gargantuan device - that is just crude and could be painful. FINALLY Doc Johnson delivers a toy for the young girls - small, smooth and without any "ridges" that could be a problem.
It's an almost taboo subject, really... however certain things seemed slightly unfair to me while growing up. I started "self-stimulating" around 12 years old and even then I wondered if the girls were having as much fun. It seems unfair that there is this... misogynist... nearly anti-sex attitude that girls encounter. Like somehow they are not allowed to have fun or enjoy themselves. Or something.
Really, girls should be allowed to have fun. It seems only fair that they should have a few devices to safely have fun with. They will learn to enjoy themselves and gain self respect, confidence, etc. Most importantly, they will learn to value their female body and the pleasure it can provide.
There are also more than a few studies that show that having orgasms lead to much better overall health. Physical and mental health are much better with orgasm. Teaching girls that it is good to have an orgasm will lead to a much healthier life. Also, if the vagina is having orgasms and is in use it will grow and develop into a healthy, strong sexual organ. Another very important thing is that girls will learn how to have the "clitoral" orgasm and the "vaginal" or G spot orgasm.
HOW and WHEN should a girl acquire one of these (or a similar model)? That is up to the parent, really. If the girl asks for a sex toy, consider this or the slightly larger 4.5 inch model.
