Product Review: Beware the Flat Edges

These pads are just okay thus only 3 stars.
They're plastic-backed pads but because the edges aren't rolled/folded over like some other pads, the pee seeps to the edges and then wicks underneath to the floor below creating a layer of urine between the floor and the pad itself.
I bought a bunch of these because of the great price but I'll spend more on pads with protected edges next time.
Better than not having any pad on the floor ... but not by much.

I initially gave BP Medical only 3 stars because I was dissatisfied with most recent shipment. I called customer service and was promised a refund for the problem order and given assurance that they would investigate issue with their supplier/shipper. I was immediately notified by Amazon that the refund had been issued by BP Medical. I'm sure they will be equally dilligent in their investigation of the problem. I will continue to order both this and the larger-sized pads. Difficulties can occur with any order. Customer Service is what counts with me.Product Review: Puppy Pads....

My puppy bags came in a cardboard box, That's it. It looked as if they were just thrown in there after being taken out of a very large supply. No plastic bag or packaging, nothing other than the box that they came in. About 5 of them got wet because water soaked through the box while it was waiting for me to get it after the mail came...it's Winter in NY.
Decent quality puppy pads, I'd buy them again because of the price not because of the quality. They do their job.

We have 2 chihuahuas who pee a lot so we use these to fill in between outside bathroom trips. I have ordered puppy pads from other suppliers before and ended up with thin pads that were either half pieces or coming apart. Additionally, even for our small dogs the absorbancy was not sufficient. We have found that these pads from BP Medical supply are fairly thick, plush and much more durable than other bulk "puppy pads". I have noticed several other reviews where people have commented that these are not actually puppy pads, but medical pads. This might be true, however, if your dog is not a puppy and does not require pee scented pads to use the bathroom than this is not an issue. Also, this seller offers free shipping which others charge an arm and leg for. We have been very satisfied and recommend these for other small/medium dog owners.
