This product was supplied by a vendor-partner of Amazon, not by Amazon itself. When the package arrived, the wrong product had been sent. There was even a packing slip enclosed showing the product I had ordered and the name of the vendor's checker certifying that the order had been filled correctly, but it had not. I wasn't too upset at that point. Mistakes do happen.
I contacted the vendor about the error and they sent me a return label, BUT they told my that I would not receive the correct product until they received the returned wrong product. THE MISTAKE WAS ENTIRLY THEIRS, but they would not correct the mistake until I had returned their error. In all, it took about three weeks between my order and receipt of the correct product. Not the level of service that I expect from Amazon OR from their partners.
I complained to Amazon but I was told that the vender-partners return rules apply and that Amazon could/would not help me.
