if you have insomnia, you can use it as sleeping pills; otherwise you can't do anything after taking it

doctor suggested taking two of these to get a great night's sleep. She indicated that this is the product that goes in many of the PM pain reliever products. You should not take those products just to improve sleep. Take this, cheaper and better for you. Other products should only be take short term.Product Review: sleeping aids.
