I learned about this product while on a recent Caribbean vacation, when we met a young couple on their honeymoon. The wife suffers from the same type of tummy troubles I have -- you never know what's going to upset your tummy or how close you need to stay to a bathroom. NOT good, especially when you like to dine out a lot and travel, too. I tried these when we got back from our trip, and take them every day now without fail. I've had NO problems whatsoever, even with foods I couldn't eat before. These will be a way of life for me and I've also recommended them to my older sister who has the same issue. GREAT, great find, and bless the young lady who turned me onto them!!
