i've had ibs for years... the gas/bloating/diarreah/constipation sometimes all within 10 minutes! hated to go places, always wondering where the bathrooms are. started taking this (the capsules) 3 months ago and symptoms are 95% better! i feel better, i have more energy and have even lost weight! never tried the first and second formula, but i can certainly tell you the capsules worked for me!
