I even have this product 3-pack delivered once a month to my house. I simply can not exist without it...I feel awful when I do not take it. The lactose intolerance thing really gets me sick. I have been lactose intolerant my whole life and am still thankful for listening to the radio one day (many years ago now) and hearing about this product. I had tried other pills to help with the intolerance but nothing worked. This product is amazing! By the second day I could have dairy whenever I wanted and only take one pill a day! I recommend this to anyone who has an intolerance to dairy but doesn't want to live without it-or to have to remember to take one (or more) pills every time you want dairy.Product Review: more than treatment, nearly a cure!

I discovered I was lactose intolerant as a teeneager and have lived on Lactaid ever since because I love all things dairy. It was such a pain to forego dairy when I would be out to eat without any of those magic pills! So, I tried this and have been using it for about five months now and it works wonderfully!!! I had a few minor issues of bloating in the first two weeks, but lately, I find I can forget to take these pills for several days with no ill effects! No pill the last two days and I enjoyed a mocha at breakfast, creamy pesto noodles at lunch, pudding this afternoon with my kids, and ice cream after dinner...no problem. I won't push my luck and skip another day, but this stuff is phenomenal! It is so much easier than Lactaid since it is only once a day, and really feels like it is more of a cure than a treatment at this point. I don't worry about eating dairy anymore! I would recommend this to anyone with lactose intolerance!Product Review: my wife loves it
