Worthless product! Not thick enough, not strong enough to stay in place or accomplish it's intended purpose. There are much better and cheaper designs out there. It says on the package that there are directions inside and there are not!
Description of Diastasis Rehab Splint, Medium Waist 29-33 inches (73-84 cm), White
Splint comes in BLACK or WHITE. Pregnant women and new moms should use the Diastasis Rehab Splint during and after pregnancy. The purpose of the splint is to help bring together the two halves of the outermost abdominal muscle (recti) which may separate during pregnancy. The recti muscle is the support system for your back and a support system for your organs. This separation weakens the support system for the back causing back problems and also the support system for the organs causing the mummy tummy. That is why women show faster during their second pregnancy. As a new mom it is also important to wear the splint as much as possible under your clothing especially when wearing a front-loading baby carrier. Fix Your Diastasis. Any mom who still has a mummy tummy from the separation of her abdominal muscles (diastasis) during pregnancy (no matter when she was pregnant) will benefit from wearing this splint. Wearing this splint makes the Tupler Technique abdominal exercises more effective. The 4 inch velcro strip provides a support for the back as well as making the splint easy to put on! Splint should NOT be worn during pregnancy; it may be used to perform the Tupler exercises only. Babywearing Note, Moms with diastasis should never use a front baby carrier without a splint.
