I am not diabetic but suffer from Deep Vein Thrombosis, therefore I have tons of skin ailments on my legs at various times. This cream has done wonders for softening up my skin and removing the deep dry lines and crack to the bottom of my feet. I also use it to keep my skin soft around my previous ulceration areas so they do not dry out and crack open again.
I've had surgery 6 times so far to assist in the removal of bad veins and this cream helps in the healing process. It goes on smooth, not sticky and feels really nice with a mild peppermint aroma and tingling as it's applied. It not only refreshes but helps with the over all odor causing bacteria present on your feet and legs from wearing support stockings.
I highly recommend this cream and will be purchasing more when I run out. I even apply some to my hands at night to help soften up my knuckle areas that are cracked from constant hand washing. Try some today, your skin and feet will thank you.
